4. Knowing that even if I'm exhausted, I'm making efforts to be healthy.
5. Seeing race bibs on my fridge every day and reminding myself that I've accomplished a shitload in the last two years.

2. My hair is now long enough to put up, with the help of a headband. Hooray for less blow drying/hair-doing!
3. Taking healthy eating and exercise one day at a time.
