1. Hearing news that Dave Matthews Band may be coming to StL after all.
2. Pounding out 3.5 miles at the gym in less than 30 minutes.

1. Having so much work to do at the office that when I looked down at the clock it was after 12:30.
2. Taking Jack to the pet store and watching him pick out his new dog toys.
3. TDH helped me put in the special car backseat cover which prevents it from becoming super messy due to Jack's dog hair and muddy paws.

1. Waking up at 9am to no alarms and the realization that I had the day off.
2. Convincing my dog Jack to cuddle in bed with me for an hour before I started the day.
3. Deciding to increase my weights at the gym and succeeding.
4. Relishing in the fact that I have time to clean my entire apartment, take Jack for a super long walk and have time for myself today.
